A Missão

A RINAPE pretende assegurar uma comunicação permanente entre os seus membros, tornando o seu desempenho mais efetivo e com o intuito de promover a partilha de experiências entre os países de língua portuguesa, tendo como elementos agregadores a formação, a investigação e a cooperação nas áreas da Administração e Gestão Públicas.

São objetivos gerais da RINAPE:

Promover a transferência de experiências de sucesso;

Disseminar boas práticas;

Formar à distância;

Promover o intercâmbio de formadores e formandos;

Conceder assistência técnica a projetos de cooperação;

Apoiar a constituição de consórcios para candidaturas a concursos internacionais de interesse mútuo.
