Programa de Capacitação em Direitos Humanos

Estão abertas as inscrições para a 5.ª edição do Programa de Capacitação em Direitos Humanos para a Administração Pública, que decorrerá de 20 de março a 22 de abril de 2024.

Repetindo o sucesso das quatro edições anteriores, o INA, I. P., lança uma nova edição do Programa de Capacitação em Direitos Humanos para a Administração Pública (PCDHAP).

O Programa tem por objetivo promover os direitos humanos e os direitos fundamentais nos serviços públicos portugueses e consiste num curso e-learning de frequência gratuita, com a duração de 30 horas síncronas. O percurso formativo está dividido em quatro módulos e dois webINArs.

O curso destina-se a trabalhadores e dirigentes da Administração Pública, concede certificado e tem a limitação de 60 vagas por edição.

Percurso Formativo:

  • WebINAr de Reflexão: Prioridades da Instituição Nacional de Direitos Humanos | Dia 20 de março;
    • Módulo I: Direitos humanos, dignidade e cidadania (INA, I.P., CNDH e CIEJD);
    • Módulo II: Direitos humanos, diversidade e igualdade (AIMA, CIG e CITE);
    • Módulo III: Direitos humanos, bens e serviço público (SGPCM, AMA, AIMA, IRN e INR);
    • Módulo IV: Direitos humanos e acesso a novas formas de Administração (AMA, CNPD e SPMS);
  • WebINAr de disseminação e partilha: Da Democracia Política à Democracia Social, com a participação de Associações da Sociedade Civil | dia 18 de abril de 2024;
  • Avaliação (no final de cada módulo).
