Ciclo de webINArs – Princípio da Justiça: procedimento e processo

O INA organizou entre outubro de 2021 e Março de 2022 o ciclo de webINArs dedicado aos Princípios Fundamentais da Administração Pública. 

O objetivo desta iniciativa é promover o conhecimento e fomentar a apresentação e reflexão do enquadramento de atuação da Administração Pública

A quarta sessão, que realizou-se no dia 13 de janeiro, pelas 15 horas, e contou com a participação de Joaquim Freitas Rocha, Professor Associado da Escola de Direito da Universidade do Minho e a moderação ficou a cargo de Catarina Almeida Pereira, Jornalista do Jornal de Negócios. Este ciclo de seis conversas/debates irá abordar em cada sessão um dos princípios que se aplicam a toda a atividade administrativa na prossecução do interesse público: legalidade; igualdade; proporcionalidade; justiça; imparcialidade; e boa-fé.
