Este webINAr pretendeu lançar a discussão e reflexão sobre a participação enquanto instrumento para desenvolver a capacidade de antecipação e resposta rápida a desafios em ambientes de incerteza (alínea d) do n.º 3 da RCM n. 130/2021), no contexto da prospetiva, da gestão previsional e da gestão ágil e contingente a ambientes VUCA (volatillity, uncertainly, complexity, ambiguity), na Administração Pública.

Foi abordada, em particular, a participação dos cidadãos e das cidadãs – participação pública – e também dos trabalhadores e trabalhadoras na tomada de decisão no contexto do ciclo das políticas públicas e do ciclo de gestão da Administração Pública.
